Recruiter (Former Employee) says

"The pay is low, the hours are long, benefits are nonexistent, as is leadership. I cried on the way to work and sometimes on the way home if it wasn't a friday because I knew I had to go back there the next day. There is no accountability there and the atmosphere is subversive, cut throat, and without direction.over timeno benefits"

Recruiter (Former Employee) says

"By the time that you start to realize that every single employee that has worked in the office before you is being referred to as the causes for everything wrong with this place it’s already too late. Keep your job search going because your tenure here will be short. You will probably quit but you will be referred to as another person that he fired. Just like everyone before you."

Cable/Solar Installer (Former Employee) says

"great place to work, good people would work there again if given the chance, always got payed on time , always got good jobs with them once again good place to work for.."

pk says

"Seriously selling my information or sending to all these companies to start spam calling me? I wanted to browse what was out there, not get inundated by salespeople."

Hunt says

"Was hoping for a smoother process by going through SquareFoot vs a Broker but ended up feeling like it was more work in a lot of ways (less supply, more conversations, more seeing offices that weren’t really appropriate for what we had specified). Tech front end is okay and helpful to get a quick sense of what’s out there but again most everything was still done over email and was a high touch process."

K Ryen says

"Overall a good experience. However, there were 3 areas we'd have liked to have been better:
1) our main contact was 'green' and not terribly knowledgeable
2) we were a bit oversold on the number of offers we were likely to get. We were told we'd likely have many offers based on our circumstances, but it felt like SF took their foot off the gas once we received the first offer and we were strongly encouraged to take it
3) the subtenant vetting process should have been more thorough/rigorous

Otherwise, SF was helpful and accessible, and we would do business with them again, but we would be more vigilant above the above points."
